The third forum of the association LINPRA

On Friday, November 11, the third quality forum organized by LINPRA – Engineering and Technology Industries Association of Lithuania, which represents the interests of the Lithuanian engineering and technology industry sector, took place, during which its participants visited the premises of the Iremas company.

The visit started with a company presentation, during which the company’s activities were presented, as well as the quality assurance system. After a general discussion on quality issues, participants later listened to a presentation on artificial intelligence in manufacturing and quality, applying AI and visual inspection.

“The forum ended with a visit to our production facilities, where the participants got acquainted with the company’s technical capabilities, devices, the quality assurance system applied, and then inspected the metal testing laboratory itself, got acquainted with non-destructive and destructive testing methods and other conducted research”, – said the company “Iremas” Tomas Kačinskas, head of the metal testing laboratory.

Representatives of the following companies participated in the forum: Ukrenga, Technogaja, Sargasas UAB, Agmis, Novameta, Techranga UAB, ESEMDA, Lavango, UAB Metalistas LT and others.
