Impressive supporting structure of the auxiliary floor

We built the auxiliary deck with equipment, which was of impressive size and required special attention.
For this construction, 15 almost identical “pizza-shaped” elements were made, which, when connected together, resulted in a circle with a diameter of 16 meters.
Although the individual elements, viewed through the prism of the construction, are not something special, we had to pay a lot of attention to their production, to responsibly carry out the control of dimensions and welding work.
The support structure of the auxiliary floor will be installed at a height of 15 meters and will rotate in a circle, so we paid great attention not only to the production of elements, but also to the assembly work of the entire structure.

The project was led by experienced engineer Mantas Delkus.
We can therefore be pleased that the check assembly was carried out smoothly and on the first try!
