Knowledge development : bearings

Last week, two dozen Iremas specialists gathered for a special training session on bearings – to improve their knowledge, acquire new competences and get up to date with the latest news and trends in this field.

According to Volodymyr Lybenko, Head of Iremo’s Machine Repair Department, the training was valuable not only for experienced professionals, but also for those who have recently joined the company.

“The new knowledge helps to strengthen the existing competences, we have learned innovative and modern working methods which we apply in practice. By combining the latest knowledge with our experience, we can diagnose the causes of equipment failure related to bearings properly and early, and ensure that the service life of the equipment is extended as long as possible,” said Mr Lybenko.
