Cable reel filling stations to the Netherlands

If we are going to produce, we have to produce products that can barely fit through the gates. And if you’re going to make a bulky item, it shouldn’t be one or two, but six at once.

This is what the team at the Repair Mechanical Shop of Iremas has set out to do by producing as many as 6 units of cable winding reel filling stations with impressive dimensions.

“All the units were manufactured at the end of last year, but it was not until the beginning of January that the last units were shipped. This time, in addition to the usual production challenges, we also had to wrap our heads around the dimensions of the assembled station: the 3.5 m width of the product is not the widest we’ve ever had, but the height of the assembled station – more than 3.2 m – is a challenge to get the product through the factory gates! However, the whole process from loading to delivery to the worksite in the Netherlands went smoothly and the stations are now ready for testing,” revealed project manager Mindaugas Alaburda.

The Iremas team, which has been developing more and more complex and sophisticated metal products, is going to keep up the pace this year and surprise with its capabilities and capacities.
