JOINT STOCK COMPANY “IREMAS” was established in the year of 1998, when STOCK COMPANY “ACHEMA” reorganized maintenance services. The roots of our company are deeply ingrained in industrial enterprises, as up to 1998 we were working as a service department of STOCK COMPANY “ACHEMA”.

During those years we gained vast experience in mounting and repairing machinery of one of the biggest enterprises of chemical industry. It is already 8 years as we in our own right have been providing our services to the biggest Lithuanian industrial enterprises, such as STOCK COMPANY “ACHEMA”, JSC “Klasco”, JSC “Mažeikių nafta”, JSC “Vilnius Energy”. CJSC “IREMAS” belongs to one of the greatest concerns in Lithuania “ACHEMA GROUP”. Furthermore, JOINT STOCK COMPANY “IREMAS” has departments in Klaipėda city “KELMERTA” and in Jonava city "LETENERGA".

It is one of the greatest enterprises of such a profile in Lithuania. At the moment there are about 680 people employed there. The enterprise possesses qualified workers in repairing and mounting boilers, turbines, pipelines, metal constructions and equipment. The enterprise also possesses mechanical shop of maintenance. With reference to our long-time working practice at the moment we are one of the most equal and reliable Lithuanian enterprise in the field of machinery maintenance, mounting of the big industrial enterprises, we also guarantee the quality of the work carried out under the standards ISO 9001:2000 of the functioning quality systems. The work is carried out under the requirements stated in international standards such as LST, IEC, ISO, EN, DIN, GOST.

Department in Klaipėda city “KELMERTA” specializes in mounting and maintenance of port machinery.

Department in Jonava city "LETENERGA" mounting 0,4 - 10 kV voltage electricity distribution facilities, cable racks and lines, elekctric instalation.

The enterprise possesses the qualified staff, machinery, technologies, due licenses and authorization for all the work being implemented.
